Die Feminale ist ein studentisch organisiertes Festival und gibt Komponistinnen und ihren Werken eine Bühne. Es soll Besuchende begeistern, Neugierde wecken und Studierende inspirieren, diese Werke zukünftig in ihr Repertoire mit aufzunehmen. +++ Hedwig Janko - as,ss Melanie Streitmatter – b Leo Kröger - dr Das Trio um die aus Leipzig stammende Saxophonistin Hedwig Janko erforscht neue Klangfarben im Kontext von neuem und altem Repertoire des Jazz sowie eigener Kompositionen. Im Rahmen des Feminale-Festivals spielt das Trio abwechslungsreiche Arrangements verschiedener Standards von Komponistinnen, sowie eigene Kompositionen der Saxophonistin Hedwig Janko und ergründet damit die von der Instrumentation gegebene Variabilität zwischen Klangdichte und Transparenz.
