Nach einer längeren Planungsphase ist es endlich so weit: Das Forum erhält eine technische Ausstattung, die ihresgleichen sucht. Mit der neuen Akustikanlage wurden 142 Lautsprecher sowie rund 50 Mikrofone und mehrere Signalprozessoren im Saal verbaut, die es künftig ermöglichen, auf Knopfdruck die Raumklangeigenschaften optimal an die jeweilige Aufführung anzupassen. So finden sowohl das Hochschulorchester in voller Besetzung, kleine und größere Ensembles aus Bläsern oder Streichern als auch akustische Gitarren, Chor, Solisten, Sprechtheater und multimediale Formate beste Voraussetzungen für ihre Präsentationen. Modernste Digitaltechnik macht es möglich. Das vom BMBF geförderte Projekt "Innovative Hochschule: Stage_2.0" hat das Gesicht der HfMT entscheidend verändert: in Bezug auf Technik und Transfer sind wir jetzt eine der führenden Musikhochschulen Deutschlands. Das feiern wir am 16./17. Januar mit einem dreiteiligen Konzertprogramm und dem Tag der Innovativen Hochschule der HfMT. Beim dritten Konzert am 17. Januar um 20:30 Uhrstehen innovative Formate und multimediale Performances im Fokus. Es werden verschiedene Stücke unter dem Einsatz u.a. von Sensoren, der LED-Videowall, von Elektronik und Audio Spatialization präsentiert.
