Artist-Researchers in Residence at ligeti center:
Dr. Lea Luka Sikau & Denisa Pubalova
featuring Sound Artist Ella Kay and Curator Ana Prendes
On the 27th of September, from 6.30 pm onwards, you will provoke intestinal resonances and engage in collective, multi-organ communication. You have the chance to hear your own body anew, contextualised within an electroacoustic composition that emanates from a gigantic, inflatable sculpture.
In our multisensory installation stuff change / látková přeměna, we explore to synchronise our bodies via gut sounds. This event concludes the residency of artist-researchers Dr. Lea Luka Sikau and Denisa Pubalova at ligeti center.
It will feature an artistic exchange with Ana Prendes, curator at Arts@CERN, as well as a sharing session on the process, including the transdisciplinary collaborators on-site reflecting on the journey of enmeshing sounds and media art with sensor technologies and medicine.
